J-BornSoft was established in Korea in 2013. The main business area is providing customized Research and Development solutions in the fields of Electronics and Photonics. Our customers are companies or institutions related to Photonics or Electronics. The services we provide are software or hardware implementations. Most of the services are fully customized. The software that we have developed includes scientific calculations, factory management, firmware, and a graphic user interface (GUI) for equipment control.

Not only software but also several measurement systems have been developed. A beam profile measurement system is an example. Photonics deals with different types of light sources. A light source has a unique beam profile pattern called far field pattern. The beam profile measurement system measures the far filed pattern of a light source. A detector that measures the optical power is attached to a moving stage, and the stage moves around the light source. The control GUI program controls the moving stage while reading the measured optical power. The GUI analyzes the optical power reading according to the detector position so that the beam profile can be calculated and displayed graphically. Several beam profile measurement systems have been built and delivered to our customers. A computer controlled LED driver is also one of the main products. The computer controlled LED driver supplies constant current to LEDs. The driver can be controlled by computer. LED can be turned on or off and the supply current can be adjusted. The temperature of LED and the driver can be monitored as well.

The equipment built by J-BornSoft is fully customized in order to satisfy the needs of our customers. We create the product concept and then, design circuits, do PCB artwork and assemble parts. We build the software that is required to enable the system such as firmware and control GUI as well. J-BornSoft has been working closely with our customer.
